She has taught and consulted at leading institutions, including London Business School, IMD in Switzerland, and Seattle University. Suzanne combines her extensive expertise and research-driven strategies to help individuals and organizations experience success in negotiation, leadership, change management, work-family challenges, and mentoring.
Her clients range from global corporations to non-profits and public organizations, including BAE systems, Deloitte, Citigroup, Nestlé, Santander, Freddie Mac, and Credit Suisse, among many others. At IMD, she directed and taught customized executive programs, bringing innovative teaching methods - from behavioral feedback, tiger teams, peer mentoring, and hands-on coaching - into the classroom and beyond.
Recognized for her impact, Suzanne was named #8 in the Top 20 Global Gurus in Negotiation (2025) and has also received numerous teaching awards, such as MBA Faculty of the Year (2022), Mid-Career Distinguished Educator Award (2017), and the Gleed Endowed Chair (2014-2016).
Beyond her corporate and academic work, Suzanne creates programs that address the unique challenges faced by women, underrepresented groups, and rising leaders across industries. From early-career leaders to mid-career professionals and executives to STEM professionals, and even high-school girls, her workshops aim to empower individuals, build confidence, and strengthen negotiation skills
Her work has extended across borders and causes - from leading executive development programs that supported financial accountability in Vietnam and Bosnia Herzegovina, to facilitating entrepreneurship training for women survivors of trafficking through the UK charity, HERA.
Suzanne's thought leadership has been published in top-quality publications, such as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Dialogue, and featured in global outlets including the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes India.
